TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A new housing development is showing off some of it's state-of-the-art resources before even breaking ground.
The Upper East community is set to be built one-mile north of the Killearn entrance off of Lake Hall Road.
Friday, the developers put their construction products on display, along with giving residents a preview of some of their designs.
Right now the site is being cleared and only houses the sales office but construction is expected to begin in the next few months:
