UPDATE: Florida Highway Patrol have released the identities of the people involved in the fatal crash.
Troopers have confirmed that James Hazen was killed after a dump truck driven by Billy Porter blew a tire and crossed into the other lane, hitting his SUV.
Hazen was pronounced dead on the scene and Porter was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Troopers have reported a fatal crash on Spring Creek Highway around 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Florida Highway Patrol said that they arrived to the crash just three minutes after they were called around 2 p.m. They said the crash involved a dump truck and a car.
They said that they crash happened near the intersection of 2000 Spring Creek Highway and Crawfordville Road.
FHP said that one person has died with others suffering serious injuries.
Troopers said that Spring Creek Highway at Sarsi Drive is closed to through traffic due to the major traffic crash. They have also warned citizens to expect delays and to use alternative routes.
