VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)--It was all a misunderstanding. The Valdosta City Schools spokesperson says the Dugout Club did some legitimate business with a sports clothing manufacturer and one of its sister companies, a sports marketing firm, and called the president, asking if they would be interested in calendars and programs.
Lisa Posas told them "no." Apparently the message did not go through to stop the calls. Now the situation has all been sorted out.
