SARASOTA CO., FL (WWSB) – Milan and Lucille Yezic have been found safe and sound.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office issued Silver Alerts for a couple who evacuated the area due to Irma.
Milan and Lucille Yezic were last seen on Sept. 9 around 7:30 p.m. They were getting gas in Ocala off of I-75.
They were on their way to Pennsylvania to evacuate Irma. They have not returned home to Golf Club Lane in Venice.
They do not have cell phones and both suffer from varying degrees of dementia.
They are traveling in what is described as a 2004 beige Mercury Grand Marquis bearing license plate GESL71. Mr. Yezic is 5-foot-8 and weighs about 180 pounds. Mrs. Yezic is 5-foot-4 and weighs about 175 pounds.
Anyone who comes into contact with them is urged to call 911.
