UPDATE: 1/15/2013 11:20 p.m.

VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)--"The police department warned anybody about retaliation, we would not tolerate this," said Valdosta Police Commander Brian Childress.

Valdosta Police have arrested a man who they say set a store on fire.

It's the same place where his friend was shot to death.

Firefighters say the suspect may have thrown a molotov cocktail inside the building.

23-year old Travon Johnson is charged with arson.

23-year old Clarence Andrew Casey is charged with malice murder and two others are charged in connection with Sunday's shooting that sparked this retaliation.

The final moments of Alfred Pierre Bradley Jr.'s life were terrifying because of Casey police say. Bradley was shot in the back of the head early Sunday morning. Police say the shooting happened after Bradley and Radcliffe Eady got in a fight at the T&D Foodmart.

Commander Brian Childress says even after 25 years experience in law enforcement and working homicide cases it's always tough talking to families who've lost their loved ones.

"We told the family about the arrests and they were delighted but at the end of the day that's what it's all about bringing someone to justice for someone who lost their life really for nothing," said Cmdr. Childress.

23-year old Radcliffe Eady is charged with possession of a firearm by convicted felon, aggravated assault, and tampering with evidence. 23-year old Michael Green is charged with party to the crime of aggravated assault. Police say Green was also there the night of the murder.

Police say they are looking to make more arrests.
