UPDATE: Election Results in for 3 Races in Gadsden County

UPDATE, 9:45pm 4/26/16 (WTXL) - The official election results are in for three races in Gadsden County.

Quincy held elections Tuesday for the City Commission District 2 seat and the City Commission District 4 seat. Havana held an election for Town Council Group 6.

According to the Gadsden County Supervisor of Elections office, there will be a runoff on May 10, 2016 between Angela Grant Sapp and Chavien Lockwood for the Quincy City Commission District 2 seat.

Gerald A. Gay III (Andy) has been declared the winner of the Quincy City Commission District 4 seat.

Finally, Robert Miller is officially the winner for the Havana Town Council seat.

GADSDEN CO., Fla. (WTXL) - Voters in Gadsden County are heading to the polls today to vote on three different seats.

Quincy is holding elections today for the City Commission District 2 seat and the City Commission District 4 seat. Havana is holding an election for Town Council Group 6.

The candidates running for Quincy City Commission District 2 are:

- Chavien Lockwood

- Angela Grant Sapp

- Donald Woods.

The candidates running for Quincy City Commission District 4 are:

- Gerald A. Gay III (Andy)

- Kenneth L. Thomas Sr.

The candidates running for Havana Town Council Group 6 are:

- Decorkus Allen

- Robert L. Miller

Polls close at 7:00pm. More information can be found at http://www.gadsdensoe.com.
