UPDATE: Death investigation underway in Seminole County

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL)--We now know the name of the woman found dead in Donalsonville.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Steve Turner says 37-year old Tammie Starling was found dead in her home on Seminole Shores Road by a friend around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

Agents say they're not releasing any information on her injuries at this time. Her body is scheduled for an autopsy Tuesday at the GBI crime lab in Macon.

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL)--We're learning new details in a developing story out of Seminole County.

A woman is found dead in her home. Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents say she is 37 years old. They aren't releasing her name right now. They do say her body is being sent for an autopsy Monday.

Investigators say they arrived at the home around two Sunday afternoon and were there for hours. We will continue to bring you more information as it becomes available.
