Unregistered Sex Offender arrested in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Department arrests one unregistered sex offender in Tallahassee on Thursday, June 29.

Sex offenders are required by law to register their address with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Offenders have 48 hours to alert the local law enforcement of any resident changes. 

While one TPD officer was out on patrol, he drove by the Bank of America, at 2262 North Monroe Street, where a group of people were arguing. 

The two were identified as sex offenders one in compliance with the laws and the other was living in Tallahassee without registering for nearly two weeks.

He's been identified as David Largay, he's charged with failing to comply with the registration law.
