TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum says that under 800 people remain without power in the Capital City.

He posted an update on Twitter:

According to his update, crews completed restoration of all major circuits and are currently working on restoring outages through the service area.

The update also notes that all traffic signals are back up and running.

For those with Talquin Electric, there are still over 2,000 reported outages in the area. The company shared updated outage numbers at 11:30 a.m.:

Gillum says that while Talquin is working on their own outages, the city has no control over their restoration process.

He says crews are currently working in the Waverly and Chaires area as well as scattered outages throughout town.
