TAYLOR COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Two women are facing drug charges after leading police on a chase that ended in a crash.
Friday night, the Taylor County Sheriff's Office attempted to do a traffic stop on Beach Road. The driver failed to stop and continued to drive away.
Deputies, along with Drug Task Force investigators, pursued the vehicle until it crashed at the end of Stone Crab Lane.
Two females, who have yet to be identified, were arrested for having drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the car.
One of the females had an active felony warrant.
