TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Development Review Committee on Monday approved plans for a new 92-unit, 294-bedroom student housing project in College-Town.
The complex will replace The Warehouse bar on Gaines Street.
The committee also gave the green light to replacing the Governor's Square Mall sign at the intersection of Blairstone Road and "Apalachee Parkway.
