PANACEA, Fla. (WTXL) -- Two teenagers are dead after a house fire in Wakulla County Tuesday.

The fire started around 1:30 a.m. on Blue Crab Lane in Panacea. Wakulla County firefighters continued to battle the fire until they were able to gain entry into the home at 3:31 a.m. They found the two bodies inside the home.

Fire Chief Mike Morgan with the Wakulla County Fire Department said a third person was taken to the hospital with very serious burns. It is that person who escaped to a neighbors house and called 911, said deputies.

No names are being released at this time, but officials have said that the victims were all teenagers. The state Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
