TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Two teenagers have been charged in the death of Ansley Rayborn, according to the State Attorney's Office for the Third Judicial Circuit.
Hunter Logan Goodwin has been charged with Third Degree Felony Murder, Vehicular Homicide and Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle.
The second teen, Cody Douglas Elkins, 16, has been charged with Manslaughter and with Tampering with Evidence.
14 year-old Rayborn was killed in February after Goodwin, who was 15 at the time, crashed the Chevrolet Tahoe he was driving.
There were 5 teenagers in the vehicle at the time of the crash including Elkins, Goodwin, and Rayborn.
According to Court Documents released on Friday, the vehicle Goodwin crashed belonged to Cody Elkins.
