Two Tallahassee Start-Ups Split $25,000 Prize

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)- Two local start-ups are sharing a $25,000 prize, after a Leon County Research and Development Authority event.

Five start-ups competed for the funding in an elevator pitch-style event.

Proper Channel Inc. and Stadium Runner LLC were selected as the two winners.

Proper Channel won the top prize and $15,000, while Stadium Runner was given $10,000 dollars for coming in second.

Proper Channel develops a free public tool that helps people create, share, and use process maps to guide people through any task.

Stadium runner is a food delivery system for food service operators on college campuses.
