VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - A Valdosta Police Officer is in the hospital after a car crash with a vehicle from the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office, according to police.
The two vehicles were driving with lights and sirens when they collided according to the Valdosta Police Department.
The crash happened on North Troup Street and East Gordon Street.
Police say both vehicles were extensively damaged. The Police officer was taken to Georgia Medical Center for an injured arm and the Lowndes County Deputy was not taken to the hospital.
