TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--The Leon County Sheriff's Office says two inmates were taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for a medical emergency.
Around 12:15 p.m., deputies found two inmates at the Leon County Detention Facility, experiencing a medical emergency.
Lt. Grady Jordan says the inmates are both stable after being transported to Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.
At this point, the cause of their medical conditions are unknown.
Deputies say they are now investigating the situation.
