MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)--Two are injured in a crash in Madison County.
Deputies say 47-year old Douglas Doty was driving a GMC pick up truck around five p.m. on U.S. 90 Friday near Southeast Brown Road.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say the vehicle ran off the road and hit a utility pole. Troopers say he received minor injuries. His passenger 55 year old David Doty was seriously injured.
Madison County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene. One lane was closed for about five hours as Progress Energy repaired the pole.
