CRAWFORDVILLE, FL (WTXL) - Two men were arrested at a Walgreens after trying to purchase a large quantity of Sudafed, according to the Wakulla County Sheriff's Office.
Lucas James Porter and Charles Kevin Agerton were arrested on July 30 for drug charges.
The the two, in addition to 3 others, were attempting to buy Sudafed when a Walgreens employee called deputies to ask them to issue trespass warnings against the 5 individuals.
While officers were issuing the warnings, it was discovered that Lucas James Porter had an outstanding warrant in Leon County and was taken into custody.
A K-9 unit was called out to check the vehicle for any illegal drugs. Meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle.
Agerton was arrested for possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and for possession of drug paraphernalia. Porter was charged with resisting an officer without violence and and possessing methamphetamine.
Three others, Paula Beatrice Kilgore, Sheila Lynn Kilgore, and Admiral Doyle Barwick, were issued trespass warnings. Barwick was also taken into custody for an active warrant out of Franklin County.
