TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Two people were arrested after a woman in Texas told police her credit and debit cards were being used in Tallahassee without her permission.

According to TPD, the two suspects, Keyosha Rivers and Demetris Weaver, purchased $2,600 worth of furniture from Tallahassee Discount Furniture with the cards and had scheduled to pick up the furniture on November 25.

Police sent undercover officers to the store and they were able to identify Rivers and Weaver and arrest them. They also were discovered to be using another person's driver's license while stealing the furniture.

Authorities say there were numerous other items purchased on the debit card by the two.

Rivers is being charged with grand theft over $300 but less than $5,000, using the ID of another person without consent, and illegally using credit cards more than 2 times in less than 6 months.

Weaver is being charged with grand theft over $300 but less than $5,000.

They were both booked in the Leon County Jail.
