VALDOSTA, GA (WTXL) - Two people were arrested of possession of meth during traffic stop in Valdosta Wednesday afternoon.
In the 800 block of West Mary Street, investigators with the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office pulled over 22-year-old Matthew Waddell and 21-year-old Katherine Simmons.
During the stop, investigators said they found plastic bags commonly used for packaging narcotics, as well as marijuana, methamphetamine, and cocaine. Deputies believe the two intended to sell the marijuana.
Both Waddell and Simmons were arrested and taken to Lowndes County Jail.
