(WTXL) - Two hospitals in the WTXL coverage region are being recognized this week.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services recently published quarterly star ratings for hospitals on the organization's Hospital Compare website.
Archbold Memorial Hospital and Archbold's Grady General Hospital recieved a "Double 4-star" rating for overall rating and patient experience.
Vice President of Medical Affairs Coy Irvin says this rating is exciting for hospital staff and patients.
The two hospitals are the only hospitals within 100 miles of Thomasville with the unique distinction.
