BROOKLYN, NY (AP) -- Tuesday is the 75th anniversary of MLB on TV.
On August 26, 1939, the first televised Major League Baseball games were broadcast on an experimental station W2BS.
It was a double header in New York between the Cincinnati Reds and Brooklyn Dodgers.
The Reds won game one 5 to 2; the Dodgers took the second game, 6 to 1.
