TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Both Presidential candidates might be tied to take the lead in the swing state of Florida.
According to a recent poll from Quinnipiac University, Trump and Hillary are equally popular among likely voters. However, Florida's Republican Party Chairman, Blaise Ingoglia believed that not all of Trump's supporters are counted among the usual pool of likely voters.
"There is a vote out there that I don't think is being counted accurately. When we poll, we poll likely voters, and those people don't show up in the likely category. So, I think the polling is probably off by a point or a point and a half," said Ingoglia.
Ingoglia also said that Trump needs electoral votes from the Sunshine State more than Clinton does. Trump was in Pensacola on Friday night campaigning.
