TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department helped a chicken after it crossed a busy road Tuesday night.
TPD officers were on patrol in the area of Aqua Club Apartments when a chicken crossed the road despite heavy traffic.
An officer placed the chicken into protective custody and transported it to Northwood Animal Hospital.
Officers were not able to determine the reason why the chicken crossed the road.
