LEON COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - An army convoy is involved in an accident on I-10 Friday afternoon. Troopers are searching for the car that caused the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol says it happened on the eastbound lanes near mile marker 215 around 1:30 p.m.
According to troopers, a red SUV cut between two military cars and then slammed on the brakes. FHP says the military cars tried to stop, but both caused a chain reaction crash. Troopers say the convoy vehicles had minor damage.
The red SUV left the scene.
