LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)-- A Florida Highway Patrol trooper is hurt after a crash on I-10 in Leon County.
Troopers say 24-year old Milton Saint Juste was trying to catch up to a speeder when another vehicle didn't see him.
They say the Volkswagen, driven by Lauren Rebecca Moody of Daytona Beach, then tried to move from the outside to the inside lane as the patrol car was passing.
Troopers say Juste then took action to avoid hitting that vehicle, but overturned and crashed at the Baum Road overpass.
Juste was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
