Trial Starts for FAMU Instructor Accused of Horse Neglect

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) -- In February, more than a dozen horses were seized from Edward Moragne's property. He is being tried on several counts of neglect.

At the time of the incident, Moragne was listed as listed on the Florida A & M University's campus directory as an adjunct instructor in the division of agricultural science.

Morgane's trial began Tuesday morning.
