TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Trial is set once again for quadruple murder suspect Henry Segura.
It's now scheduled for July 31.
Segura wasn't in court today.
He is accused of killing his own child 3-year-old Javante Segura, his ex girlfriend Brandi Peters, and her 6-year-old twin daughters Tamiyah and Taniyah peters in 2010.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
