TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The trial for a man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and her three children has been postponed.

The trial for Henry Segura will not start as scheduled on Feb. 12.

There was a motion hearing on Thursday.

A case management hearing has been now been scheduled for Feb. 20.

Segura could face the death penalty if found guilty for the murders of Brandi Peters, her twin six-year-old daughters, and a three-year-old son she had with Segura.

A retrial was scheduled for Segura after a jury couldn't reach a verdict. A date for the retrial has not yet been set.
