TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A trial date is set for former Lively Technical Center Principal, Woody Hildebrandt.
Hildebrandt will go before a jury on June 5th.
He was arrested in 2015 and charged with grand theft.
Leon County deputies say he stole a metal fence and paint, as well as adjusted his own payroll for overtime.
In November, a judge gave both sides more time conduct interviews and put together a witness list.
