TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- A trial date has been set for Adam Frasch on charges of custodial interference.

He is local doctor whose wife was found dead February 22 in the family's home swimming pool.

At this time Frasch has not been named a suspect in his wife's death.

Frasch was arrested on charges of custodial interference. Attorneys for both Adam and Samira tell us the couple were going through a divorce at the time of Samira's death and that she had temporary custody of the couple's two children.

Adam Frasch was arrested in Panama City Beach where he was found with his two children just hours after his wife's body was found in the family's home swimming pool.

Leon County Sheriff's deputies have ruled Samira's death as a homicide, however have not said whether they have any suspects or persons of interest in the case.

Frasch's trial on custodial interference charges are scheduled to begin June 2.

He had been previously released from jail on bond, but was later rearrested after investigators say they found three guns inside Frasch's Thomasville, Georgia office. It was a violation of his terms of release. Investigators say claims of medicare fraud led them to searching Frasch's office.
