TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A train broke down, blocking traffic for hours in the Capital City Thursday.
At 11 a.m., CSX train company notified the Tallahassee Police Department of an inoperable train at the railroad crossing on Railroad Avenue and Wahnish Way.
Offficers say the train had engine problems.
The roads are now back open.
