Traffic stops lead to multiple drug busts in Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Jackson County Sheriff's Office has arrested six people within the last week in regards to traffic related drug busts. 

Beginning on June 2, JCSO has arrested six people caught with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside their vehicles after being pulled over for traffic violations.

Below is a list of the people arrested and what they are being charged with:  

  • April Tiller, 41, charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia 
  • Kenneth Shaw, 32, charged with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and felony driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license
  • Lora Penn, 34, charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia 
  • Jennie Echevarria, 45, charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia  
  • Kimberly Hazelwood, 27, charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia   
  • James Fears, 41, charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia    

All were transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility and the cases are not related to one another.
