TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida Highway Patrol says the roadway is no longer blocked at the intersection of Crump Road and Rifle Avenue early Monday morning.
A Florida Highway Patrol trooper was dispatched to the area at 3:37 a.m. Monday.
