TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Florida Highway Patrol says the roadway is clear after a vehicle crash with injuries caused a roadblock at the intersection of Capital Circle SW and Blountstown Highway.
The turn lane on Capital Circle was blocked, said FHP, which arrived at the scene at 5:21 a.m. Monday.
