TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department unveiled their newest vehicle wrap Thursday.
The new wrap highlights the Capital City Challenge this weekend, as well as the Special Olympics of Leon County.
Saturday beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Doak Campbell Stadium, law enforcement from all over the southeast will participate in the challenge, all while benefiting the Special Olympics.
Organizers from the Special Olympics say it's a great sight to see when you have the support from the local law enforcement.
"We are so blessed in this community to have all of our law enforcement to stand behind us. They do fundraising for us, they come out as coaches, as volunteers, as spectators. It's great to know that they stand behind our athletes, our athletes look up to them," said Bridget Hawk, Leon County Director of Special Olympics Florida. "They feel safe and they're just apart of this community."
Tickets are $10 for the event and remember it is all benefiting the Special Olympics of Leon County.
