TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee Police are searching for Nathan James Dowell, 19.
Police say Dowell was last heard from on March 4, 2015. He was believed to be near the 400 block of South Monroe Street. Police say he may be in the area of the Capital building or in the area near The Shelter.
TPD says they are concerned for Dowell's well-being.
He is described as 6'03", 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
