TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) is searching for missing adult, Kelsey Silvey.
Silvey was last heard from on August 21, 2014 at about 2:30 p.m.
Silvey is about 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
