TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a fraud case.
The case began August 10, 2018, at Envision Credit Union, 440 North Monroe St.
The suspect called the victim claiming to be the credit union and was able to get enough information to create a fraudulent credit card.
The suspect then went to the ATM and withdrew more than $700 from the victim’s account.
Police say that rmemeber to never provide your personal information over the phone unless you know for certain you are speaking to a legitimate person or company.
