TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - On Thursday, March 13, 2014, The Tallahassee Police Department (TPD) will host two DUI checkpoints.
The first will be in the 200 block of Chapel Drive from 10:15 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. The second will be in the 300 block of Williams Street from 12:15 a.m. - 1:15 a.m. TPD says both checkpoints will be well marked by police vehicles and signs.
TPD says besides detecting drivers who are impared due to alcohol, they'll also be checking for other traffic violations.
Police say these checkpoints should have little to no impact on traffic in those areas.
