TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Fire Department says no one was home and no one was injured when a house fire erupted Friday morning.
TPD says firefighters extinguished the house fire in the 1500 block of South Adams Street in about ten minutes.
Arriving on the scene, firefighters found heavy smoke coming from the attic.
City Utilities disconnected power, and the Tallahassee Police Department closed the roads for the safety of crews.
Damages to the house was estimated at about $15,000.
