TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--Tallahassee police officers are having an open house for the cadet program next week.
On Tuesday night between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., students ages 14-21 and their parents can visited the police department to learn all about the program.
TPD Officer Dave Northway says it's a great experience where they can make friendships while learning all about the police department.
The teens and young adults get to work through crime scene scenarios, ride with officers, and participate in a competition.
