TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -  Three people were arrested after the Tallahassee Police Department found cocaine and drug paraphernalia inside their car.

Daniel Nealy, 38, was also arrested for driving with a suspended license.

Kayla Davis, 29, and Rossa McBride, 37, were both found with cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

On Thursday around 11:56 p.m. officers were in the area of the 2700 block of North Monroe Street.

Officers were aware of Nealy driving a 2007 Ford pickup truck and his license plate number.

Officers were able to identify Nealy by sight as well due to his distinctive red beard.

The police report states that his driver's license was suspended and he was currently on probation for carrying a concealed firearm.

Officers saw Nealy drive southbound on Monroe Street before they pulled him over in the parking lot of a Motel 6 on North Monroe St. Officers immediately arrested Nealy for driving on a suspended license.

McBride and Davis were passengers in the car and officers asked them to step out behind the vehicle. As they were getting out, McBride was carrying a red purse.

Officers were informed McBride had an outstanding warrant in Tallahassee. Officers then searched McBride's purse and found three plastic bags containing cocaine.

Based on what they observed, officers searched the car next. Inside the vehicle officers found a Coach "man's handbag" purse which contained probation paperwork for Nealy and four small bags containing cocaine.

Officers continued searching the car and found a Gucci purse with several bank cards belonging to Davis, two plastic bags with cocaine, and a glass pipe.

Based on the evidence, Nealy was charged with driving on a suspended license, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nealy also has several suspensions on his license.

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles has multiple suspensions dating back to 2013. He was also labeled a habitual traffic violator once in 2013 and again in 2017.

Davis and McBride were charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three were transported to Leon County Jail.
