TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Two local law enforcement agencies are investing in a scholarship at Tallahassee Community College that they hope will help teens in the juvenile justice system turn their lives around.
The Tallahassee Police Department and the Leon County Sheriff's Office will each donate $10,000 to TCC to create the New Start Scholarship.
The money rewards students who are choosing education to pursue a fresh start.
