TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon Theatre's rendition of the new Broadway musical To Kill A Mockingbird is set to come to Tallahassee.
Written by Pulitzer Prize winner Harper Lee, the novel based play is set in Depression-era Alabama and discusses serious racial issues while capturing the individual personalities within a small community.
The play is appropriate for adults and young people ages 13 and up due to the time period the story is set in including racial slurs and other possible inappropriate discussions.
The show will be presented on Febuarary 24th and 25th from 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. at Leon High School.
