THOMAS COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) - Three suspects police believe are responsible for multiple armed robberies in Tifton and Thomasville are now behind bars.
Nathaniel Banks, Travaras Walden, and Xavier Greene were arrested after they led Thomas County deputies on a high speed chase Monday night.
That chase ended after deputies made contact with the vehicle, spinning it around, and eventually it landed in a ditch.
Investigators say they are pleased that the work of multiple agencies helped to get these men into custody.
Banks, Walden, and Greene are charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, and several counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.
Police say weapons they believe that were used in the crimes, were recovered during the arrest.
