JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Three people have been arrested and one person is still at-large after an investigation into a series of burglaries in Jackson County.
During the month of June, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office started an investigation into a series of residential burglaries in the Malone, Fla., area.
Deputies say that witness statements and investigative leads led them to establish several people of interest, which led to JCSO finding property and charges being filed against four people.
Douglas Elmore, Crystal Bush, and Sheila Bush all face five counts of burglary, four counts of grand theft and possession of methamphetamine, and one count of dealing in stolen property.
While William Land faces one count of burglary and one count of grand theft.
JCSO says Sheila Bush is still at-large.
The investigation remains ongoing and additional charges are pending in Florida as well as Alabama.
