TIFTON, Ga. (WTXL) - Three people have been arrested following the death of a child in Tifton.
Cynthia Felder, Isis Felder, and Llishastas Felder are facing charges in the death of a one year old Zyirah Brown. Brown died a year ago yesterday, after becoming unresponsive. Autopsy reports reveal injuries to brown's head, and her death was ruled a homicide.
The Felders were transported and booked into the Tift County jail. All three have been charged with first degree cruelty to children and felony murder.
