HOMERVILLE, GA (WTXL) - Three men in Clinch County are now facing nearly 50 counts, including murder, for an incident at a Homerville nightclub in 2013.
Trevor Posley, Dexter Freeney, and Steven Monroe each face 48 counts, and 30 of those relate to suspected gang activity, according to authorities.
Investigators say Clay Cross was hit by a stray bullet as he walked into Club 912 on Reddick Street on May 10th, 2013.
According to the indictment, the defendants of taking part in gang activity at the club at the time that led to the shots being fired. All three are in jail on $500,000 dollars bond each.
