VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - The Valdosta Police Department said that they have arrested three after they searched a home and found evidence of them dealing drugs.

Police said that they had received numerous complaints from residents on South Troup Street about illegal drug activity. When they began investigating, they were able to find enough probable cause to get a search warrant for a home in the 700 block of South Troup Street.

VPD said that they searched the home on Wednesday around 12 p.m. and found weed, crack, a handgun, and tools typically used for selling drugs. They also found $4,300.

Two people, Charles Hosea and Regina Harris, were arrested and charged with possession of weed and cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of narcotic equipment.

A third person, Walter Stokes, was later arrested for use of a communication facility in facilitating a drug transaction.
